“I like to create food that’s a reflection of the many interactions I’ve experienced with other people and their cultures. As a kid, I loved visiting relatives in South Carolina, watching them weave their way around the kitchen fascinated me. I knew from a young age that I’d grow up to be a chef and share my love of ‘Low Country’ foods. Food is a universal language that should be shared with everyone. It is the essence of our human existence. What’s not to love about sitting at a table with friends & family, enjoying flavors our world has to offer? Share the love & Get Wicked!”
